Hello again you lovely lot! It’s the end of November and I’m back guest co-hosting the #DreamTeam linky. This week I’m joining the lovely….
It’s always a pleasure to be here. All Things Spliced has had a bit of an explosion of Christmas of late, and I’ve enjoyed reading all of the Christmas posts from our linkers, too. I feel like Christmas has really kicked off here this weekend, as we went to our local lights switch on, which always manages to feel like it signals that Christmas has begun.Another thing that signals the start of Christmas at Lighty HQ is the taking of the annual Christmas card photo. I’m pleased to report that this has been done, and successfully so! Which is why my host post this week looks back at stressful Christmas attempts past, and offers some tips for Christmas attempts future.
If you’re new to the world of linkies and are wondering what all of this #DreamTeam malarkey is, Dawn has a brilliant how-to guide here. And if you haven’t joined us already, we’ve also got a new #DreamTeam Facebook group going on! We’d love to see you over there!
#DreamTeam will go live every Tuesday morning from 6am and will close Thursday evening at 9pm.
You can link up ONE post, old or new.
By linking up, you are giving us permission to send you an email and/or tweet reminder for the #DreamTeam each week.
#DREAMTEAM LINKY RULES
- Badge up. Please do add the #DreamTeam badge or text link to each post that you link up. You can do this by copying and pasting the badge code into the text/HTML area of your post within your publishing platform.
- Tweet it. Share your posts on Twitter using the linky hashtag #DreamTeam and tag the hosts. For October 24th, this is @3_LittleButtons, @bridiebythesea and guest co-host @MrsLighty.
- Comment. Let’s get this party started. Please comment on each of the host’s / guest hosts’ posts. Please also comment on the post directly before yours.
It’s at this point that we’d like to look down at our feet slightly embarrassedly, shuffle about a bit and say that we’ve recently had quite a few link droppers. If you are linking up, please, please take the time to comment on the posts stated above. We know that life gets busy and sometimes we all forget – that’s fine, I’m the world’s worst for forgetting – but please don’t link up solely with the intention of dropping your link, leaving it there and doing nothing more.
IF YOU CAN COMMENT ON MORE THAN THOSE STATED ABOVE… THAT WOULD BE AMAZING.
- Finally, it would be really lovely if you could follow, like and subscribe to our social media channels.
We love sharing your posts on Twitter, and we’ll RT and share as much as we possibly can! It’s really helpful to us if you can make sure that your sharing buttons have your Twitter handle available. If you’re not sure how to do this, Annette has a fab post with instructions which you can find here.
