#DreamTeam Linky – week 97

Cuppa at the ready, it’s Tuesday and it’s time for #DreamTeam!

Welcome to Tuesday, and another week of #DreamTeam. #DreamTeam is the blog linky that I’m lucky enough to co-host with AnnetteDawn, Bridget and Heather. Each and every week, it’s lovely to see what you guys are linking up, and we’re always amazed by the huge range of posts on offer! I’m linking up this week with some thoughts on my favourite social media platform, Twitter. I know many of you will already be Twitter pros, so I’ll be interested to hear if you’ve got any further tips that I can add to my repertoire!

And now back to the happy place that is #DreamTeam. Heather’s chose some cracking favourites from last week, and these are as follows:

My first fave is a post about mental health from Wendy at Naptime Natter. I think it is incredibly brave of her to share her mental health journey with us. It can be scary to confess the thoughts you’ve had but if we never discuss it, people will continue to suffer in silence. Hooray for taking the step to getting yourself to a place of feeling peaceful.

My second fave is a post about how much children cost to raise from Kate at Kate on Thin Ice. I had no idea kids were so expensive! With my having no kids, I am trying to determine where I put all that money that I would have spent on kids. Kate gives some great ideas for saving money where you can.

Well done ladies!! Grab yourself a featured poster badge, if you fancy it!

If you’re new to the world of linkies and are wondering what #DreamTeam is all about, Dawn has a brilliant how-to guide here. And if you haven’t joined us already, we’ve also got a new #DreamTeam Facebook group going on! We’d love to see you over there!

#DreamTeam will go live every Tuesday morning from 6am and will close Thursday evening at 9pm.

You can link up ONE post, old or new.

By linking up, you are giving us permission to send you an email and/or tweet reminder for the #DreamTeam each week.

  • Badge up. Please do add the #DreamTeam badge or text link to each post that you link up. You can do this by copying and pasting the badge code into the text/HTML area of your post within your publishing platform.

  • Tweet it. Share your posts on Twitter using the linky hashtag #DreamTeam and tag the hosts. For March 13th, this is @3_LittleButtons, @RhymingwithWine and @MrsLighty.

  • Comment. Let’s get this party started. Please comment on each of the host’s / guest hosts’ posts. Please also comment on the post directly before yours.

It’s at this point that we’d like to look down at our feet slightly embarrassedly, shuffle about a bit and say that we’ve recently had quite a few link droppers. If you are linking up, please, please take the time to comment on the posts stated above. We know that life gets busy and sometimes we all forget – that’s fine, I’m the world’s worst for forgetting – but please don’t link up solely with the intention of dropping your link, leaving it there and doing nothing more.

  • Finally, it would be really lovely if you could follow, like and subscribe to our social media channels.
